UNITED AND PROUD

He PRIDE comes as a reminder to celebrate the freedom to express ourselves, love and live together with the full spectrum of our being.

At Curuba, diversity is one of our fundamental pillars. We firmly believe that the essence of each individual lies in their differences, constantly challenging stereotypes. For this reason, we are pleased to present a capsule of accessories that is a manifestation of our fight and support for pride through our work.

We invite everyone to openly live what defines them, supporting authenticity and inclusivity. Each accessory in this collection is designed not only to adorn, but also to inspire and empower.

Pst: Each symbol may be subject to personal connotations and may not have the same meaning for each of you, but that's what it's all about... To give meaning and resignification: OXOXOXO

The ace of spades, an iconic symbol on poker cards, is also an important symbol for the asexual community, due to its phonetic similarity to the English word "ace."

Nautical stars became popular in the mid-1950s among the lesbian community, who used them as tattoos on their wrists to identify themselves.

The two moons, originally conceived as bisexual triangles, were transformed in 1998 by Vivian Wagner into a pair of moons to disassociate the symbol from its association with Nazism.

Orchids have been used within the intersex community as a symbol, as their name derives from the Greek ὄρχις, which refers to the testicles, a significant aspect for this part of the community.

The pink inverted triangle, one of the most well-known symbols of the gay community, was used since the time of Nazi Germany to mark homosexuals in concentration camps. Over time, this symbol was transformed into an emblem of resilience within the community.

The butterfly is an essential symbol this month, representing change and transformation, and is representative of the trans population.

The background images were reinterpretations of drawings from Ed Taschen's 'Tom of Finland: The Complete Kake Comics' book, used for the art direction of this capsule.
